This Privacy Policy explains how Bluerise Techlead Software Solutions LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("DataLotse", "we", "us") handles personal data in connection with the DataLotse website and services (the "Service").

1. Your SAP data stays with you

DataLotse is designed so that your SAP business data never leaves your network. Copies run inside your own landscape via the on-prem agent or a licensed on-premise installation. We do not receive, store or process the SAP documents, master records or credentials involved in a copy. Only job specifications and status/log metadata are exchanged with the control plane.

2. Data we do process

• Account data — company name, contact name, work email, and the plan assigned to your account.
• Operational metadata — job names, timestamps, document counts, agent status and the public IP of a registered agent (used for connectivity and licence integrity).
• Website data — standard server logs and any information you send us by email or support request.

3. How we use it

To provide and secure the Service, manage your subscription, respond to support requests, send service and account emails, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

4. Sharing

We share data only with processors that help us run the Service (for example, hosting and transactional email delivery) under appropriate confidentiality and data-processing terms, and where required by law.

5. Security

Account secrets and SAP connection passwords stored in the control plane are encrypted at rest. Access uses bearer-token authentication, optional two-factor authentication, and transport encryption (TLS). We apply least-privilege and monitoring on the hosted platform.

6. Retention

We keep account and operational metadata for as long as your account is active and as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us at support@datalotse.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
