These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DataLotse software, website and related services (the "Service"), provided by Bluerise Techlead Software Solutions LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("DataLotse", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

DataLotse provides selective SAP data carve-out and copy tooling that copies selected documents and their dependencies between a customer's own SAP systems. Data movement runs within the customer's landscape via an on-prem agent or a licensed on-premise installation; SAP credentials and business data remain under the customer's control.

2. Licences and subscriptions

Access is provided under a subscription or a signed on-premise licence. Editions (Standard, Professional, Enterprise) determine included modules, landscapes and users. Fees, term and payment are set out in your order or invoice. Subscriptions and licences are non-transferable except as expressly agreed in writing.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your SAP licensing terms. You are responsible for the systems you connect, the data you copy, and for obtaining any authorisations required within your organisation. You must not reverse engineer, resell or circumvent the licensing controls of the Service.

4. Customer data

We do not require access to your SAP business data to operate the Service. Where data remains on your infrastructure, you retain full ownership and control. Our handling of the limited account and operational data we do process is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Availability and support

We aim to keep the hosted control plane available and to respond to support requests within a reasonable time. Support channels and any service levels applicable to your edition are provided at support@datalotse.com.

6. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate as set out in the applicable order. On termination your right to use the Service ends; on-premise licences are governed by their signed licence file and term.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Dubai, unless otherwise agreed in your order.
