Contact channels
- Email — support@datalotse.com. Best for technical questions, copy-job issues and account requests.
- Live chat — the chat widget on this site and inside the portal reaches our team during business hours.
- In-portal Help — once signed in at app.datalotse.com, the Help section walks through agent installation, registration, adding systems, running a copy and cleanup.
What to include in a request
So we can help quickly, please tell us:
- Your company and the email your account is registered under.
- The SAP object and direction (e.g. PROD → TEST) involved.
- The job ID or screenshot from the Monitor, if it relates to a copy.
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
Never send SAP passwords, license keys or other secrets by email or chat — we will never ask for them.
Response targets
We aim to acknowledge requests within one business day. Response and resolution times depend on your plan and the severity of the issue; Enterprise plans include a premium SLA. For urgent production-impacting issues, mark your email subject with URGENT.
